1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petitions has already been considered and decided

by this Court on 29.8.2018 in WPC No.1850 of 2018 (Neera Bai Vs. Union of India and others) and other connected petitions, therefore, these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Neera Bai (supra).

2. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Neera Bai (supra). A copy of the order passed in Neera Bai (supra) be placed on record of the present writ petitions.
