1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 04.12.2020 transferring the petitioner from District Raigarh to District Mahasamund.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is to retire from service on 30.06.2021 i.e. he has got just about 6 months left for his retirement at this juncture if he execute the order of transfer he would face much inconvenience.

3. Given the said facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within 3 weeks from today and on such representation being

made, respondents in turn shall take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days.

4. Purely as an interim measure, till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
