1. The challenge in the present writ petition was the inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner seeking for up-gradation in the entries made in the ACRs of the petitioner for the year 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19.
2. After filing of the present writ petition when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents No.2&3 submits that as regards the entries of the grading of the years 2016-17 and 201718 are concerned, the authorities have allowed the representation of the petitioner and have upgraded the gradings and now the grievance of the petitioner remains only so far as grading awarded in the year 2018-19. The counsel for the respondents No.2&3 further submits that even the representation of the petitioner for the said year of 2018-19 is also under active consideration and a decision shall be taken at the earliest.

Given the said submissions by the counsel for the respondents No.2&3, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of expecting the respondents No.2&3 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
