---- Respondents For Petitioner :

Mr. Manoj Kumar Sinha, Advocate For State :

Mr. Shakti Singh Thakur, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 02/02/2021 1.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the continuation of suspension of the petitioner in service without any reason as of now.

2.

The facts of the case is that the petitioner was working under the respondents as a Shiksha Karmi Grade-II. On account of the petitioner getting involved in a criminal case under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code in respect of an FIR that was lodged at Police Station Gharghoda and also

arrested for the said offence, let the petitioner's services be placed under suspension vide order dated 22.06.2013. The order of suspension is still in force. In due course of time, the criminal case which was registered against the petitioner has now resulted in the acquittal of the petitioner vide judgment of acquittal dated 20.01.2020, thereafter the petitioner has repeatedly approached the respondents for revocation of the suspension in the light of the acquittal, but till date no decision has been taken by the authorities. 3.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to take an appropriate decision on the revocation of the suspension order that was issued to the petitioner way back on 22.06.2013 keeping in view the judgment of acquittal dated 20.01.2020. Let the respondent No.4 take an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
