1. This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR registered against the petitioner for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.
2. It is stated at the Bar that during the pendency of this petition in which there is no interim order, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner and thereafter, charges have been framed which he assailed in revision by way of filing criminal revision before the Sessions Court.
3. The instant petition is presently disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in the revision filed and pending against the framing of charges or by filing fresh petition at appropriate stage. All the points raised in this petition are kept and left open to be raised at appropriate proceeding.
