This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.129/2015, registered at Police Station-Tumgaon, District Mahasamund (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after disposal of criminal case, which is subject-matter of Crime No.49/2015 registered at Police Station-Tumgaon, District Mahasamund relating to excise offence. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
