Shri Lalit Jangde, Deputy Govt. Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 17.08.2021 passed in WPS No.3743 of 2021. The modification sought for is to the extent of address of the petitioner as also the respondent No.3 wherein inadvertently the place of College has been wrongly mentioned as Ambagarh Chowki whereas it ought to have been Manpur.

The limited grievance raised by the petitioner is not opposed. According, the MCC stands allowed. The address of the petitioner as also the respondent No.3 henceforth would be read as "Manpur" instead of "Ambagarh Chowki" in the cause title of the order dated 17.08.2021. Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No.3743 of 2021.
