Sam Koshy Order On Board 12.09.2018 The claim of the petitioner is for grant of compassionate appointment on the death of her father who died in harness on 06.01.2013. The claim application has till date not been considered nor has it been rejected. 2.

Given the fact, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 3 & 5 to take a decision on the claim for

compassionate appointment of the petitioner in accordance with rule governing the field. Let the decision be taken within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondents 3 & 5 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
