The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.136/2016 registered in Police Station Patthalgaon, District-Jashpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 392 & 395/34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 3/06/2016 the applicant alongwith two other co-accused went to the shop of Smt. Sukhmani Singh and asked for biscuit and cold drink and thereafter took out Rs.5000/- from the cash box and were fleeing away, at that time it was objected and daughter of the complainant was pushed.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, no loot has been committed, charge sheet in this case has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Perused the case diary, statement as also identification parade wherein applicant has been identified. Considering the statement of the

victim, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
