Learned counsel appearing for the Union of India submits that the petitioner meanwhile has already preferred an appeal/representation to the I.G., CRPF and the I.G. in turn has constituted a Committee in this regard and the case of the petitioner is under process. 3.
On the said submission made by the State counsel, the Writ Petition
stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the said appeal/representation of the petitioner at the earliest, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail other remedies available thereafter. 4.
