28/08/2019 P.U.D. has been received from the Court of 6th Additional Sessions Judge, District- Durg, C.G. praying for extension of time granted for concluding the trial in S.T. No.175/2016 pending before this Court.

This Court had ordered in Cr.M.P. No.402/2019 on 15.02.2019 that the time granted for concluding the trial to the trial Court by order in M.Cr.C. No.7576/2018 was extended for further six months. Subsequent to that, this second request made by the Court concerned praying for extension of two months for concluding the trial. After considering the grounds mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and extension of time of two months is granted to the Court concerned.

Accordingly, petition is disposed off.
