This is a repeat bail application moved by learned counsel for the applicant on the ground of delay in exercise of liberty granted by this Court earlier.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is in jail since last one year and trial is still not concluded. It is also submitted that the affidavit of the prosecutrix has also been filed, in which, she has stated that nothing happened to her.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the material on record, the present is not a case for grant of bail to the applicant at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. However, in case, there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial at the end of June, 2021, the applicant would be at liberty to revive his bail application. SD/- ( Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) J U D G E Tumane
