(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.445/2012, registered at Police Station Bhilai Nagar, District Durg, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 06.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6998/2014 and the second bail application of the applicant was allowed on temporary bail for a period of one month by order of this Court dated
30.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.3717/2015.
(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected.
