1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 19.08.2019 whereby the petitioner, who is a Class-III employee working as Assistant Grade-II, has been transferred from Bilaspur to Jagdalpur.

2. The challenge is on the ground that the petitioner has got short span of service left before superannuation and that the petitioner is to retire in January, 2021. Further contention is that, the present transfer order is the forth transfer order within a short span of five years time. The petitioner was earlier transferred on 15.07.2014, 30.07.2016, 14.08.2017 and now on 19.08.2019.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 day from today and the respondent No.1, in turn, shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the order dated 19.08.2019 shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
