The appellant has preferred this appeal for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.506/2020, registered at Police Station: Adim Jait Kalyan (AJK) Thana, Jagdalpur District- Bastar (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 323, 294, 506, of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the CRA.
