1. The petitioner has preferred the instant Writ Petition and has prayed for the following reliefs:- "10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble court. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside/quash the order dated 07/07/2018 passed by the respondent and a direction may be issued to renew the license to petitioner.
10.3 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this
Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner."
2. Admittedly, the issue involved in the present Writ Petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in WPC No. 2016/2018 (Hotel Imperial Lodge and Restaurant, West Bhilai Vs. State of CG & Others) and other connected matters on 12.9.2018 wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition. Therefore, this Court is not in a position to take a different view of the matter.
3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is also dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in WPC No.2016/2018, referred to above. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
