Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board /10/2021 1.

It is submitted that the land of the petitioner has been acquired by the S.D.O.(Revenue), regarding which award of compensation has been passed by the respondent No.3 on 10.12.2020. The petitioner having grievances with the compensation amount awarded and also regarding the cheque issued for payment, has made representation vide Annexure P-3 to the respondent No.3, which is undecided. Hence, prayer is made for issuance of specific direction.

Learned State counsel submits that appropriate order may be passed. 3.

After considering on the submissions, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from today.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
