At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner had filed W.P.(Cr.)No.210 of 2017 before this Court, in which, vide order dated 23-10-2017, it is observed that the parties have agreed for settlement and the matter is referred for mediation as also interim order is granted that no coercive steps shall be taken pursuant to the FIR.

In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed. 4.
