The substantial grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is the non consideration of the petitioner for being promoted to the post of

Additional Director (Tribal) in spite of fact that DPC that was convened on 29.05.2020 has recommended in favour of the petitioner. 2.

As regards the grievance of the petitioner, this Court had an occasion of dealing with the two writ petitions WPS 4203/2020 & WPS 4382/2020. Both the which was disposed of on 24.11.2020 whereby this Court had directed the respondent authorities to ensure that the promotion process of the petitioners therein be finalized at the earliest within a period of 30 days.The petitioner herein also wants the recommendation made by the DPC in its meeting dated 29.05.2020 to be acted upon. 3.

This Court is of the opinion that since this Court has already in its order dated 24.11.2020 in the aforementioned writ petitions have directed the State authorities to take appropriate action within 30 days the grievance of the petitioner herein also stands redressed by the same order and writ petition also accordingly stands disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court on 24.11.2020 in two writ petitions i.e. WPS 4203/2020 & WPS 4382/2020.
