Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 13.09.2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 16.07.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner have been placed under suspension.

Admittedly, the order under challenge is an appealable order under the Service Rules. Therefore, the petitioner would have the liberty of preferring an appeal to the appellate Authority. In case the petitioner

prefers an appeal within a period of 30 days from today, the Appellate Authority shall decide the same within the period prescribed under the rules.
