1. The aforesaid anticipatory bail applications are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.797/2020, registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Bilaspur for offences punishable under Section 376 (d) of the IPC.

2. The applicants have committed forcible sexual intercourse, one after another, with the prosecutrix in the intervening night of 9/10-11-2020.

3. After the incident, the prosecutrix called the police by dialing number 112 and lodged the report.

4. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the Applications are rejected. However, if the applicants surrender and apply for regular bail, the concerned Sessions Court shall consider and decide the application expeditiously.
