1. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that on the complaint made by him, the Collector, Raigarh has imposed minor punishment upon respondent No. 7 which is not the appropriate penalty and a major penalty ought to have been imposed upon respondent No. 7.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length.
3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to either question the order of the Collector in accordance with law. He may also file a representation before the Collector for readressal of his grievance.
4. With the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of.
