It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that complaint case No.244/2015 was filed against the petitioners on 01.08.1997 and is pending since then. It is also submitted that evidence of the complainant is completed. The petitioners have moved this Court only for direction in the case to be decided as early as possible. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection, if any, direction is issued in this respect.

There is no need for summoning the private respondent in the matter of issuance of direction as prayed by the petitioner. 4.

Believing the statement made in the petition and the documents submitted, concerning criminal complaint pending since 01.08.1997 and looking to the current strategy of the judicial system for speedy disposal of old pending cases, issuance of such direction is appropriate. Hence, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the pending criminal complaint case No.244/2015, pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Korba as early as possible preferably within a period of six months.
