Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.169/2015 registered at Police Station- Pusaour, District - Raigarh (C.G.), for offence punishable under Section 429 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

Perusal of the application shows that the application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail and the offence is bailable in nature, therefore, the application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable.
