On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the order dated 23.11.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.1798 of 2020 is recalled. Consequently, W.P.(C) No.1798 of 2020 is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the Application for Restoration of W.P.(C) No.1798 of 2020 is allowed.
