2. Sufficient cause has been shown for non compliance of the order dated 23.07.2018 passed in WP(C) No.6736 of 2007.

3. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. Writ Petition (C) No.6736 of 2007, is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

4. Seven days further time is granted to learned counsel for the applicant to comply with the order dated 23.07.2018 passed in WP(C) No.6736 of 2007. Non compliance of the said order would lead to automatic dismissal of Writ Petition (C) No.6736 of 2007 without further reference to the Bench.
