1. Heard.

2. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that the lands belonging to the petitioners have been acquired by the respondent/State. The compensation has also been determined by respondent No.3. A

dispute has been raised by the petitioner regarding the person entitled to receive compensation. A representation was made to the respondent No.3 on 13.1.2018, which is pending without decision till date, therefore, it is prayed that appropriate direction be issued.

3. Learned State counsel submits that appropriate orders be passed.

4. After considering on the submission, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondent No.3 is directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioners dated 13.1.2018 within a time of two months from today.
