Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of length of service, the petitioner was entitled for time bound pay scale that the State has decided to be granted to its employees, but for the reasons best known, the said benefit has not been extended to the petitioner. He further submits that the claim of the petitioner was recommended at the office level to the higher authorities in the department, but no final order has been passed, before which the petitioner stood retired w.e.f. 28.02.2018. 2.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondents No.2&3 consider the claim of the petitioner so far as claim for grant of time bound pay scale is concerned and take an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
