1. Since both the applications are arising out of same dispute and same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. The accused/applicants have moved these bail applications under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.270/2015, registered at Police Station Chakarbhata, Distt. Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under

Sections 457 and 380 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

3. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, the manner in which the applicants and one another accused person have stolen TV, grinder, fan and utensils worth Rs.25,000/- on 16-8-2015 from the house of complainant Ghanshyam Markam and consequent recovery from the applicants, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the applicants. Consequently, both the applications are rejected.
