This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.171/2020, registered at Police Chowki Mohara, Police Station Dongargarh, Distt. Rajnandgaon (CG), for offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. First bail application of the applicant was rejected on 14.9.2020. 2.

After rejection of the first bail application on merits, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this second bail application.
