Heard on application for restoration under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., wherein the prayer is made to recall the order dated 06/10/2015 in Cr.M.P. No. 504/2015.

The original order dated 06/10/2015 is perused, wherein the petition has dismissed for want of prosecution as no one appear on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, in my opinion reasonable grounds are made out for restoration. Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is allowed.

The order dated 06/10/2015 is recalled.
