1. The present petition is filed against the order of Rent Controlling Authority, Manendragarh which was entertained by this Court under Article 227 Constitution of India for the reason that the Rent Control Tribunal of C.G. was lying vacant and not functioning at that time, therefore, the order dated 17.12.2020 was passed and interim relief was granted to the petitioner.
2. In the subsequent development, the appointments have been made in Rent Control Tribunal of Chhattisgarh and it has started functioning
-2since the month of February 2021. Therefore, there being a statutory remedy available to the petitioner for filing appeal under Section 13 of C.G. Rent Control Act, 2011, therefore, in the present development of things, this petition is no longer maintainable, therefore, this petition is disposed off. The interim relief grated to the petitioner in this case is continued for a further period of 30 days.
3. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has liberty to approach the learned Rent Control Tribunal and seek relief.
