ORDER

06-01-2021 Heard.

1. The present petition is for contempt of the order dated 04.11.2020 passed in WPS No.4438 of 2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was transferred to Durg in guise of work distribution by order dated 07.10.2020. He joined and thereafter the stay order has been passed on 04.11.2020 wherein the original work distribution order has been stayed and the petitioner has not been relieved from Durg. If the petitioner had already joined at the place according to work distribution or at transferred place, then in such case the order dated 04.11.2020 has lost its efficacy as on that date of order, the petitioner had already joined the place of transfer. Therefore, no deliberate disobedience of order is made out to issue notice to the respondents. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
