1. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this court to withdraw the instant bail application with a request that if the applicant surrenders before the court below and files an application for grant of regular bail, then the same may be heard and decided on the same day.
2. Permission is granted as prayer appears to be just and reasonable.
3. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, it is directed that if the applicant surrenders himself before the concerned court and files an application for grant of regular bail before the jurisdictional criminal court, the court shall make all endeavour to decide the regular bail application preferably on the same day, in accordance with law.
