1. The present petition is for quashing FIR dated 15.04.2015 registered vide Crime No.24/2015 at Police station Kapu, Distt. Raigarh for the offence punishable u/s 420/34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reply of the State along-with Annexure R-1 would show that after conducting investigation by the police, it was found that no offence has been made out as the complainant himself was member of the self-help group for which the alleged complaint was made.

3. Learned State Counsel referred to the Document Annexure R-1 dated 15.01.2019 annexed to the reply

and submits that after the investigation it was found that no offence has been made out. The reply of the State is also supported by the affidavit.

4. In view of the submission of the State, the petition is allowed and the FIR dated 15.4.2015 bearing Crime No.24/2015 registered at Police Station Kapu, Distt. Raigarh against the petitioners is quashed.
