Shri Rajat Agrawal, Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 11/03/2019 in WP(S) No. 1667 of 2019. The respondents have entered appearance and have submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with in as much as the respondents authorities have vide their order dated 23/10/2019 passed an order holding that all those persons who have completed 10 years of service as on 30/04/2013 would be entitled for the benefit of "Kramonatti" till 30/04/2013 as beyond that the benefit of "Kramonatti" has been withdrawn by the State Authorities.

The learned Counsel for the respondents further undertakes that in the event if the petitioners have completed 10 years of service before 30/04/2013 the respondents shall ensure that they would be given the benefit of "Kramonatti" till 30/04/2013 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

On the said submission made by the learned Counsel for the respondent No. 1, the present petition stands disposed of. It is expected that the respondent No. 1 shall ensure compliance of payment of compensation to those eligible petitioners within the stipulated period of 4 weeks as assured by them.

The contempt petition accordingly disposed of. The respondents stand discharged from the contempt proceedings.

However, the liberty would be open for the petitioners to approach the Court in the event of any further non-compliance. -Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Chandrakant
