Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court.

The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender and move an application for regular bail before the concerned trial Court and in the event of such an application being filed, the trial Court shall consider and decide the same on merits as early as possible, preferably on the same date.
