The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the in action on the part of the respondents in not releasing the family pension and other death-cum-retiral dues payable to him on the death of his wife, who dies in harness on 08.10.2020. 2.

According to the petitioner, he has been approaching the respondent authorities for the release of family pension and other death-cumretiral dues payable to him on the death of his wife i.e. the deceased employee.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.1, 3 & 4 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner, so far as grant of family pension and other death-cum-retiral dues payable to the petitioner on the death of his wife at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
