The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.479/2017 registered at Police Station Pallari, District (Revenue & Civil) Balodabazar Bhatapara (C.G.) for the - - offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 34 of IPC. 2.

Present applicant is in jail since 06/02/2018. 3.

Present is a repeat bail application.

The case of the prosecution is that, the present applicant and the other co-accused person committed theft at the Jewellery shop of one Rajkumar Sahu and have stolen quantity of gold and silver articles and ornaments.

This Court has already considered bail application of the applicant on an earlier occasion and rejected the same on merits on 25/05/2018. 6.

In less than 3 months period, the present repeat bail application has been filed.

This Court does not find any strong development that has transpired in between on the basis of which the applicant has moved this bail application at this juncture.

In the light of there being no further strong development taken place subsequent to the rejection of the earlier bail application, the present bail application does not have any merits and the same therefore deserve to be and is accordingly dismissed.

However, the trial court is directed to take all necessary steps for calling all the prosecution witnesses and try to conclude the case at the earliest. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
