This is Second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.56/2015, registered at Police Station Balrampur, District Balrampur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 376(2) of the IPC, Sections 3(1)(12), 3(2)(5) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 5(1)(6) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 2.

The first bail application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 17-03-2016 in M.Cr.C. No.1652 of 2016.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, the instant

M.Cr.C. No.5400 of 2016 bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible. Certified copy as per rules.
