These are the first bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.146/2015 registered at Police Station- Devendra Nagar, Raipur (C.G.), Crime No. 444/2015 registered at Police Station- Telibandha, Raipur (C.G.), Crime No.749/2015 & Crime No.747/2015 registered at Police Station- Civil Line, Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the evidence has not commenced in this case and the applicant is in jail since 21.01.2016 and after arguing for some time, he wants to withdraw the bail applications with liberty to repeat the same after four months.

It is ordered, as prayed for.
