Against orders dated 25.06.2014 till 05.12.2016 passed by the Collector Najul, an appeal has been preferred before the Secretary, Revenue, Government of Chhattisgarh by the appellant in the present writ appeal. Till now no decision has been taken. In fact, the Court is informed that the said appeal has not even been registered.

Let a fresh application be filed by the appellant before the competent authority who is directed to hear the parties to the dispute including the appellant and then pass an appropriate order preferably within a period of 8 weeks.
