This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 69/2019 registered at Police Station Bacheli, District Dantewada (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 506(B), 427, 435, 392 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submit that with passage of time, the bail application has become infructuous.
