Sam Koshy Order On Board 01/10/2018 According to the petitioner, the answers that he had attempted were correct as per the first Model Answers published. Subsequently, when the second Model Answer was published, his answer was found to be incorrect. According to the petitioner, before publishing the marks and declaring the answers of the petitioner to be incorrect, no opportunity of hearing was provided. According to the petitioner, he has now again submitted an objection and representation so far as the second revised Model Answer is concerned and prays for a direction to the respondent to consider and decide the same at the earliest. 2.

Without entering into the merits of the case, this Court does not intend to entertain the petition at this juncture. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and

decide the representation which the petitioner has made i.e. Annexure P-6 dated 02.08.2018 at the earliest.
