1. The present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondentsPolice authorities for registering an FIR and for conducting the inquiry against the respondent, however, perusal of alleged complaint which the petitioner has submitted to the Police authorities does not disclose any factual details so far as the commission of offence by respondent No. 4 is concerned inasmuch as the date of incident, cheque number and also other details are not reflected in the said complaint.
2. In absence of any such details, this Court does not find any strong case made
out by the petitioner for issuance of any such direction to the respondentauthorities.
3. Accordingly, the CrMP is dismissed for want of details in the complaint. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge
