(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.206/2014 registered at Police Station Berla, District Bemetara, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 5(K) & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 along with Sections 3(1)(xii) & 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by
order of this Court dated 22.12.2014 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6839/2014.
(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application, therefore, the second bail application is rejected.
