Shri Vinod Tekam, Panel Lawyer for the State. Order On Board 12/10/2015 This is second application for grant of bail. The grounds raised in the second application is that there is no material to show that the applicant was holding charge of the property lying in malkhana. These grounds have already been taken in the first bail application and after perusal of the case diary, the Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Therefore, I am not inclined the grant bail to the applicant. The application is therefore rejected.
