The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the non-settling of the retiral/pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner.

According to the petitioner he has retired from service on 31.08.2020. it is the further contention that there is no departmental enquiry or disciplinary proceedings or any order of recovery pending against the petitioner with which the retiral dues could had been retained or withheld.

According to the petitioner he has also submitted all the necessary No Objection Certificate required for the settlement of the aforesaid retiral dues.

Given the aforesaid contention by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 to 4 to ensure that the entire retiral dues payable to the petitioner is processed and released to him at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled for interest @ 10% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands allowed and disposed of.
