1. The appellant has filed this appeal against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 15.05.2017 rendered by Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon, C.G. in S.T. No.76/2016 whereby and whereunder the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 of the I.P.C. and sentenced him to undergo life imprisonment.

2. The Superintendent of Central Jail, Raipur has sent information on 07.07.2020 that the sole appellant - Sudama Sahu son of Sukhnandan Sahu has died on 08.01.2019.

3. There is no application for prosecuting the appeal on behalf of legal heirs/ dependants.
