The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.570/2020, registered at Police Station: Sirgitti, District: Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) 2 (C), 28, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the MCRC.
